Talk Money Without the Awkwardness
Most financial professionals know their numbers inside out. But when it's time to explain complex concepts to clients or negotiate with stakeholders, things get tricky. We teach you how to make those conversations natural and productive.

What We Actually Focus On
Financial expertise gets you in the door. Communication skills help you stay in the room and make real impact.
Client Conversations
Learn to translate spreadsheets into stories. When your client's eyes glaze over during portfolio reviews, you need better ways to connect numbers to their actual life goals.
Difficult Discussions
Market downturns happen. Budget cuts happen. You need frameworks for delivering bad news while maintaining trust and keeping people focused on solutions.
Presentation Skills
Board meetings and stakeholder presentations require more than good slides. We work on how you structure arguments, handle questions, and read the room.

How We Build These Skills
We don't just lecture about communication theory. Every session includes practical exercises based on real situations you'll face.
You'll record yourself explaining financial concepts and watch it back with constructive feedback. Yes, it's uncomfortable at first. But that discomfort is where growth happens.
Our small group format means you get personalized attention. We typically work with 8-12 participants per program, running sessions over several weeks so you can practice between meetings.
Your Learning Journey
Programs typically run from September 2025 through early 2026, with flexible scheduling options
Foundation Phase
We start by identifying your current communication patterns. What works? What doesn't? You'll complete a self-assessment and participate in recorded exercises that reveal your natural style.
Skill Development
This is where the real work happens. Through role-plays and group exercises, you practice specific techniques for different scenarios. We focus on one skill area at a time so you're not overwhelmed.
Real-World Application
You bring actual challenges from your work. Maybe it's an upcoming presentation or a difficult client relationship. We help you prepare and then debrief afterwards on what worked.
Ongoing Support
After the formal program ends, participants get access to monthly check-in sessions. Communication skills need maintenance, and having a community helps you stay sharp.
